#win went for an InBody analysis last Friday at MIT to see the differences from when starting the Blueprint to now. Besides losing 45 pounds, my skeletal muscle mass went up from 66.6 to 66.8 pounds, and percent body fat went from 40.2 percent to 25.7 percent! A win indeed! Now I’m breaking the glass ceiling in different areas, up-keeping the workouts, toning up, BELIEVING, FEELING, and KNOWING I am an elite athlete, and treating myself as such.
