I too played competitive golf. I was motivated, dedicated, and know the feeling of not playing to your best when you KNOW theres more in the tank than what the scorecard reads.

So after completing the blueprint last year and a winter full of training I entered my first tournament of the year last week. The field was full of all the top amateurs and local pros in the area. I ended up sinking a 15 foot birdie putt to win the tournament on the last hole. This was my first win and looking back at it I think a huge part of it was from all the things I learned in the blueprint. My swing has never felt better and my back always feels loose and pain free. Thank you Kaitlyn for making such an amazing program. You rock!

#win went for an InBody analysis last Friday at MIT to see the differences from when starting the Blueprint to now. Besides losing 45 pounds, my skeletal muscle mass went up from 66.6 to 66.8 pounds, and percent body fat went from 40.2 percent to 25.7 percent! A win indeed! Now I’m breaking the glass ceiling in different areas, up-keeping the workouts, toning up, BELIEVING, FEELING, and KNOWING I am an elite athlete, and treating myself as such. Go Team Felix Fortis Fam!!
